Sponsorships
Over the next year, we will be building campsites, a stage and sound system, dance floor, video screens, fire pits and seating areas, food and drink venues and more. All of this work is in anticipation of a Radical high school reunion available to over 1000 grads and their guests. Our group is committed to making this an event to remember but we will need some help. If you are a business owner, we are hoping that you can support this event the way Smithers has supported you over the years. We assume that you will want to attend so the following Sponsorship Packages have been prepared with you in mind.
Any additional funds remaining at the end of the reunion weekend will be donated to the Bulkley Valley Youth Sport Foundation.
This is a non-profit event.

Grad Class Team Sponsor
Attendees will be grouped by grad years (e.g. 80–81, 82–83, etc.) to compete for prizes in weekend events. Each team member will receive a color-coded T-shirt featuring your company logo.
Live Music Sponsor
Live music all weekend, including a Rock-Star Karaoke competition with cash prizes. Multiple bands will play nightly. This is the biggest entertainment cost, but essential to the event.
Campsite Area Sponsor
Sponsor one of the designated Campsite areas and host our guests throughout the weekend. Your company name and logo will be on display for all the campers.
Transportation Sponsor
Help bring our guests and performers to Smithers! Your sponsorship covers transportation costs, plus free shuttles and a limo service to town all weekend to keep everyone safe.
BAR-B-QUE Sponsor
A party this big needs food and we have some big plans for both Saturday and Sunday. Your Sponsorship will help us feed this large Reunion Group with some hometown Cooking.
Closing Ceremonies Sponsor
The Grand Finale of the weekend requires a big show. We need your help in wrapping up the party with a Spectacular Show on Sunday Evening.
