Reservations and Campsite Assignments
Reservations for campsites and event participation are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to honor all campsite requests and preferences, final campsite assignments are at the discretion of event organizers.

Right to Adjust Reservations
We reserve the right to adjust, relocate, or modify campsite assignments and reservations at any time, as necessary, to accommodate logistical needs, event safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals using the contact information provided during registration.
Event Participation
All participants attending the Smithers 80's Reunion must adhere to event guidelines, rules, and safety protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
